The cabinetry itself was generally fine, however our vanity drawers had to be remade 3x because the dimensions were wrong and would not close all the way. This seemed to be primarily the fault of the designer we were working with who could not get the dimensions right. We started to lose confidence that our designer knew what they were doing and wanted them out of the picture, so we attempted to work with Dura directly, but Dura would not. It's Important to note that Dura is a Dealership business, which means YOU - the person paying for the cabiniets - are NOT their customer. The designer at the dealsership is their customer. When we contacted Dura they would not help us and explained that the designer was their customer so we'd have to go back to them. Also, with each revision of the drawers, the very fastest Dura could fabricate and ship was 1 month. Unfortunately, the cabinets seem to have absorbed body and cooking oils (such as coconut, olive, and avocado) or the glue used in the product has seeped through. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and only used water to clean the cabinets. Despite regular cleaning, the cabinets have developed istains that cannot be removed. When I raised this issue with Dura Supreme and sent them a drawer front, they offered only a 50% discount on new fronts instead of fully honoring the warranty. I am disappointed with this level of customer service, especially after making a significant investment in their product, of ~30K.
