The Ohana needed to be completely gutted after the roof caved in and everything inside destroyed by water. Todd and his team did an amazing job putting it all back together. New sheet rock/walls, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops, fixtures, appliances , etc- pretty much everything needed replacing. And we couldn't be happier with the final product. Then after tile installation the connection between the vinyl window and tile was caulked w/ a caulk supplied by grout maker in a matching color. Obviously the window sill and wall to tub surround connection are the critical water proofing areas , i suggest you tape off the window & tub surround before you apply the Sikaflex ..... it is a very durable product but very hard to clean off surfaces ... you don't want it to get out past where the tile will cover it up (make sense? ) Todd --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
