The look was modern requiring edges of panels to align and stainless steel fasteners that held on the siding also be in straight lines. The panels were sized to match up with windows and doors making alignment a difficult task. Kyle and his workers removed poorly and incorrectly installed fiber cement board installed by prior contactor. Kyle inspected the flashing and vapor barrier and recommended the flashing around the windows be removed and new flashing installed correctly. The finished product was fantastic, Looking at the sun shining down the side of our house produces a consistent sheen with edges of panels aligned and straight rows of stainless steel screw heads. Truly beautiful. His team communicated well when unforeseen issues arose from installing siding on a house built in 1932 suggesting several solutions from which we could choose. Kyle gave us an cost estimate of for siding our house and provided further breakdown of materials and labor when we requested more information. We were notified of any increase in cost do to unforeseen conditions. A house that was recently completed by Kyle using our type of siding was provided as a reference of his work. This house was also very well done.
