The work took about 9 months. This was very complicated and arduous work and the end result is nothing short of spectacular. Sterling has architectural as well as building expertise and so was able to make suggestions, even for revisions of the architect's plan, that dramatically improved the livability of the dwelling. Sterling also faithfully kept after the punch list after completion, and after final payment, until all items were resolved properly. I can't imagine a better builder or choice for our project.
