Rachel and her team are prompt communicators, yet were gracious when I was unintentionally less prompt in checking email. The RRI team sent fabric samples, full-color renderings, and precise layouts for my review... and then conference-called me to walk through the minutiae of it all. They sourced local vendors to complete on-site work (...think custom curtain and lighting installs, etc.) and provided detailed estimates and concise monthly statements to keep our budget on track. When an item was delayed due to a back-ordered fabric, they gave me the option to wait or use an alternate, equally stunning option. I have been lucky to have had the chance to work with other design professionals prior, and in comparison, the transparency with which RRI operates (in terms of breaking down overall cost including design fees, custom goods, etc.) is refreshing. Surprise costs aren't fun for anyone, and this level of detail eliminated that stress. I cannot offer enough praise for the work that Rachel, Tricia and the RRI team did for us.
