Trust me, after living through a horrendous home renovation where everything our contractor did had to be redone, I know the difference between a competent and incompetent contractor. On that project, Scott and his team came in on a very tight schedule for a complex job involving many different colors and types of paint, many rooms, and lots of architectural detailing. They were a breeze to work with: always on time, worked quickly but with care, addressed our minimal concerns (for example, very slight streaking in one room with a challenging plaster base) immediately and without protest, and always left a clean jobsite at the end of the day. Scott is responsive and cheerful and takes pride in doing an excellent job, no matter the size.
