He was a pleasure to work with and kept my vision, goals, and budget in mind. He keep me involved and informed with regard to status of project and sub contractors. I meet all subcontractors before the project began and when I visited project the lead worker/foreman would always discuss what they were doing and show me. If there was concerns or questions, Kevin, the foreman and I would discuss them and find a workable outcome. Some of the subcontractors' bids were vague so if I ever have to build again, I would get everything listed in the bid. I would keep kicking the bid back until everything was itemized. Kevin was able to stay under budget and yet add more features than I originally planned on which greatly enhanced the home's appeal.
