His subcontractors were excellent. We chose Eppinette because of their outstanding reputation which was more than upheld. The owner, Korey Eppinette, performed the initial site visit, wrote up the contract and as promised was onsite for at least 80% of the time during construction. He and his crew were very prompt each day and would let us know in advance of the next days arrival time. Korey was easy to get in contact with throughout the construction as he gave us his cell phone number and would answer a text immediately or return a call ASAP. His budget for each part of the build was accurate and the overall price at the end was within a few dollars of the initial proposal (it only changed because of additions my wife and I made throughout the build). We placed a tight timeline on he and his crew and they finished exactly to the day of what they promised. Thanks. A: the floor here is stamped concrete. We poured about 3 inches of new concrete over top of the existing concrete. **Q: What material is used on the ceiling?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: We used ABM roofing panels on the ceiling. **Q: Beautiful kitchen!! what is the name of the cabinet color and glaze?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I'm not sure of the glaze name. It was a custom kitchen built by a local amish guy. Sorry! **Q: Where did you get your bannister?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: We had it made from our local trim shop. **Q: Did it take long to open each window hole?** *(in Photo Questions)* I am wondering if the noise will bother a lot my neighbours. A: It takes us one long day to complete the installation. I don't think it will bother your neighbors.
