> We hired Joe to cover the architectural changes we were looking to make at our existing one level home.  The footprint of the house didn't change.  We needed guidance on how we could create an open floor plan with the existing structure.  Joe listened to all our our requirements and came up with a proposal that met all our needs and turned out beautifully.  He worked with our contractors when a few questions and changes came up and helped to keep our project on schedule.  We couldn't be happier with his work and the results!
