We are beyond pleased. We chose Solaire based on viewing previous homes thy had built as well as their reputation and their focus on sustainability. > > We were living out of state during the construction so we put a lot of trust in them to keep us informed and involved; which they did. They hired reliable subcontractors (which we are meeting now as they finish punch list items) and kept the project on time. > > We now have a Earth Advantage certified, net zero home with 12" exterior walls. It is incredibly comfortable. Even with the mini splits turned off, the inside tempurature barely wavers as the outside tempurature varies more than 40 degrees from day to night. The design and finishes are beautiful. Although this is our first custom home, it is the tenth house we have owned in 35 years.
