A: I'm not sure on the stain color of this flooring as I was engaged to stage this property and not select the interiors finishes. **Q: Flooring type and color** *(in Photo Questions)* Love the floor. Can you share type and color of flooring? Is it laminate? Where is it from? A: Great question! I love this floor, it's not laminate but a pre-engineered hardwood - This is from Laurentian Hardwood (available at most hardwood retailers but we used Emerald Tile in Ottawa) Gevaldo 5.5" in White Oak Weathered Stone Brushed - LAULMA2F3FBR is the code. I love the dark floor with a light kitchen and this one doesn't have any red undertones so it works well with all of the grey tones we are seeing - plus it has this amazing wire brushed texture which gives it so much character! It's a beautiful floor! **Q: Blah beach bedroom** *(in Design Dilemma)* I thought this Ikat fabric would look pretty with the quilt color but it needs something more. Any thoughts would be most appreciated. I will be changing out the pictures that came with the house. And I was thinking of putting the bed on the diagonal instead of in front of the window so I can put a headboard. It's only a full because It's a very small room. Thank you for your advice! A: I think some fresh paint (white or a soft grey) would really brighten up the space! Add some more pillows to give the bed more volume! It would make a big difference!
