> Constable Construction build a 4000 Sq. Ft custom brick home for me in 2001,  This was my 3rd and final home, with a good number of modifications from the orgianal houseplan.  Constable did an excellent job with the modifications and construction.  I was very involved in the building processs and was warmly welcomed on my daily visits.  I would recommend Constable for your spec house or your final "Dream Home",  They understand the intricacies of both.

> We used Constable Construction to build our custom-built high-end retirement home.  This is the house we plan on being in for the duration.  Throughout the entire project, we felt we were in a partnership with the builder.  We entertained his suggestions for improving the design and he was flexible and accomodating with our tweaks too.  His goal is for the house he builds to be of high quality and durable, passing the test of time.  He uses excellent subcontractors who also communicated and worked well with us.  When the project commenced, we agreed on a one year timeframe for completion.  This deadline was met, in spite of the snowiest winter in recent years and the hottest summer on record.  We have lived in the house for two years and he has returned to handle any issues that may have come up.  He feels his reputation is directly related to our satisfaction.  While we do not plan to build again, if we did, Constable Construction would be our first choice .
