We are happy with the quality of the work that was completed and there was transparency and good communication throughout the first ¾ of the project regarding our budget and necessary change orders. However, while in the final month of the project and without any advance warning, we were presented with an invoice that put the total cost of our renovation 25+% over the approved budget/change orders AND it didn't include actually completing the job or repairing damages incurred along the way.
