Site protection - While nothing was really damaged, the plastic sheets and ram boards really didn't protect the house from substantial amount of dust that was created during the demolition and remodel process. They did have a clean team come at the end but you can only do so much when dust is already in electronics, carpets etc. > > One final thought - when we were going through the selection process, Wolfe Inc. was not the cheapest option of all the bidders. But what they bid, they delivered on in terms of cost and timing. We have been in situations where a contractor will bid to win the work and then couldn't complete the job per the contract requiring substantial change orders (running up the cost) and time delays.
