**★★★★★ — Steve Swearengen, AIA \| the Architects office, Jan. 2017**

> Spencer and I met by having a common thread through NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). I could tell right away that he was going to be a solid contractor resource for the Architects office and I have been able to refer a number of projects to him with complete faith and assurance that he will fit in well with our clients. He is easy to work with and brings a professional attitude and wide range of contracting experience, craftsmanship and professionalism to our projects.

**★★★★★ — Matt Webster, June 2016**

> We had the opportunity to work with Spencer Wolfe and his team on a remodel of 2 bathrooms and are incredibly happy with the results. Absolutely would work with them again.
>
> The three things that they did incredibly were:
>
> 1\. True Problem Solvers - As with all construction projects, unforeseen challenges arise. Spencer and Jason Ricca (project lead) did an incredible job of thinking through solutions that maintained quality and craftsmanship of the job without incurring material change orders or delays in the timeline. This is truly unique as other contractors we have worked with would use adjustments in the project to pad the bill, but Spencer and Jason really stayed within budget.
>
> 2\. Great Communications - Spencer and Jason did a great job keeping us informed and were always available to hear our concerns. If any challenges, setbacks or delays came up, we heard about it right away vs. being surprised at a bi-weekly check-in.
>
> 3\. Superior craftsmanship - Between the members of the Wolfe Inc. team and their subcontractors, they delivered beautiful custom bathrooms that exceeded the expectations of what we had seen in the CAD drawings. The work was done so well that our punchlist was incredibly short.
>
> While we were very happy with the project, there was an area for improvement:
>
> 1\. Site protection - While nothing was really damaged, the plastic sheets and ram boards really didn't protect the house from substantial amount of dust that was created during the demolition and remodel process. They did have a clean team come at the end but you can only do so much when dust is already in electronics, carpets etc.
>
> One final thought - when we were going through the selection process, Wolfe Inc. was not the cheapest option of all the bidders. But what they bid, they delivered on in terms of cost and timing. We have been in situations where a contractor will bid to win the work and then couldn't complete the job per the contract requiring substantial change orders (running up the cost) and time delays. It was incredibly refreshing to work with a team that prides themselves on transparency and integrity.

**★★★★★ — Design Set Match, June 2015**

> I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Spencer Wolfe and his team by a mutual client.
>
> Our first meeting was a little like a "blind date" in that we had not previously met or discussed their bathroom project but we hit it off in the best professional way possible.
>
> Spencer listens to his clients and other professionals. He is patient and asks detailed questions because he realizes that a remodel is done when the project is thought through in its entirety from the beginning before a construction contract is even presented. He has experienced trade contractors (plumber, electrician, tile installer etc) that he brings to our client's home to discuss the details with them so that he can provide my clients with a fixed price contract with as few allowances as possible.
>
> He is professional and timely in his communication and brings any concerns to my attention right away.
> I have begun introducing him to my clients who have not already found a contractor and they are pleased to choose Wolfe Inc as their remodeling team.

**Comment from Wolfe, Inc.:**

> Thanks, Alisa! It is great to be working with you on all these projects and we look forward to many, many more.
>
> Cheers!
