Had a kitchen installed in September 2017 based on a relationship between my designer (HB Design) and Soll Solutions. The design meeting went well and the kitchen was delivered on time, but a few issues arose that were not dealt with appropriate. Firstly, one drawer does not slide correctly and you can see from Picture 1, the mechanism is scratching the side of the drawer. Secondly, a pull out drawer and pull out cabinet were not installed correctly and both can't be opened at the same time as seen in Picture 2. The most frustrating issue was that the team at Soll Solutions changed the design drawings without our knowledge and then submitted them back to us for approval. When we didn't notice the change, since we weren't expecting a change, they refused to remedy the situation saying that we signed off on the drawings even though they made an unauthorized change. That change has decreased the functionality of the kitchen where it reduced the size of the shelves and has made them almost obsolete. I've sent numerous e-mails to Iona to try to correct these issues and I've never received a response. > > I wouldn't use them again even though the quality of the cabinets appears to be good. **Comment from Soll.Solutions:** > Thank you for a review :) We should add that the reason there were on site modifications was that the site severely changed from when we took measurements to when we installed and no one advised us. It is a pretty common tile the only thing is it was a combination of shiny and matte in the same tile model. I found the same tile locally, but am struggling to find a single vanity to match. A: Thank you for your question :) the vanity is custom made, we are a custom cabinet making company, this is one of our products.
