Founded in 2003, Nakhshab Development & Design (NDD) is an internationally renowned design-build firm located in San Diego, California. NDD is committed to designing and building projects that create the greatest value for the end users as well as the community at large. It is the goal at NDD to make the experience of the built environment integrated with the natural world as positive as possible. Projects last a lifetime and have a vital role in the way people feel and interact with their environment and in communities; we believe it is our duty to develop our neighborhoods to fulfill the demands of residents to grow and develop while also being mindful of the future.

Drawing inspiration from the quintessential convention of the “master-builder”, in which architectural design, engineering, and construction were overseen by a single party. The NDD team values this tradition with a horizontal approach and expertise across the industry when it comes to the realization of a project. From the initial design of a project and conception, to engineering, and ultimately construction, NDD has the capacity to truly and fully design and build projects in the comprehensive nature of the master-builder philosophy. While handling the traditional aspects of project completion, the NDD team also implements sustainable methods into building whether or not LEED certification is an objective. This complete integration allows NDD to build projects more efficiently and seamlessly while also constructing sustainably and reducing the cost of building.

NDD development is focused on enriching the experience of users both within our projects as well as the greater community. We value building projects of refined and unique character with a lasting positive impression. It is usual practice for NDD designers to accentuate site characteristics and to take advantage of benefits of the site as well as designing for improvements that will have the undesirable features accounted for. At our core, NDD is a group of expert architects, engineers and builders committed to providing our clients with specialized services while adding value to the community as a company that brings positive growth to our clients, employees, and the people of San Diego.

> NDD built our house in Mission Hills, San Diego. We couldn't be any happier. Aesthetically the house is stunning, and we love its green features. The house requires essentially no maintenance, and even the grounds are very easy to keep cared for. If the right project came around I would hire them in a heartbeat from the planning stage all the way through the building and even the decorating.
