Prior to accepting the final design, we had originally thought we could expand one of the walls out into our backyard. With Randall's input, we realized that would be a big error which, also, would greatly increase the cost as well as create a big hardship for our neighbors. Randall worked very closely with our contractor to determine the best way to achieve our renovation. His precision and attention to every architectural detail was first rate. Additionally, Randall's wife Linda is a color expert and also worked with us and team to accomplish a very beautiful palette of colors we would not have looked at nor considered (we've always gone to beige and cream). As a team, they are very forward thinking but also considerate of our wishes for the outcome. We added two bedrooms and converted an existing bedroom into a bathroom. > > We were initially presented with three distinct interior/exterior options and Randall worked with us to combine different elements that we liked best into the final design. We could not be happier with how the project turned out. Randall utilized every inch of space and gave us a ton of additional storage. He came up with a very creative solution to use dead space and open it up to the kitchen below. Besides how well the interior works for our family (three young children) a big concern with additions is making them not look like additions at all, but like they are part of the original structure.
