> We did a total bathroom remodel and the final product was very nice.  There were some snafus with how some things were done other than how we wanted them done but these were corrected to our satisfaction.  Work was done quickly.  Mr. Russell answered the phone almost every time we called his number and he quickly returned our phone calls when we had to leave a message. He responded quickly and timely to our emails and communication overall was very good.  In our opinion, this level of communication was beyond our expectation.  Mr. Russell was knowledgeable and courteous.  His employees likewise were very courteous.  They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves each time they were here.  We are extremely pleased with the quality of work done.  The price was fair.  We would hire him again and would recommend his services to anyone.
