> Brought in a honeycomb blind for a repair in May 2014. Well, the new cord was too thick, and bunched up, and we had a lot of problems closing the blind. With work, etc., we finally brought it back on Sept. 20, 2014 to see if it can be corrected. To our surprise, it was ready in 2 days, working beautifully with the new cord re-strung. No charge. Highly recommend these folks, and will continue to support them!
