> Strohmaier Construction remodeled our kitchen and basement in our family's 1940 South Hill home. The Strohmaiers were highly recommended by our neighbors, who had some work done on their basement. When Kyle came to our house to discuss the work we wanted done, he was organized, professional, and had good design ideas for the project. I could also tell right away that Kyle was honest, hard working, and would be a good partner to work with through a major remodel. Raena Strohmaier also added great design ideas for the project. We hired Strohmaier Construction because they were customer service oriented and would work with us along the way to make sure everything went smoothly.

> The entire project lasted about seven months, with a month break between the kitchen and basement work. The basement included work on a laundry room and bathroom. The Strohmaier's crew was professional, responsive, and diligent in their work.  The subcontractors were also efficient and friendly. Superintendent Joseph was in constant communication with us to answer questions and help us make selections. When we had questions for Kyle or Raena they were always quick to call back or come to the house if needed.

> Strohmaier is an excellent company to work with.  I hired them to remodel my main bathroom and the experience was very positive.   Everyone that I dealt with, from the electrician and plumber to the owners and project manager, were always very professional.  The owner, Raena, and the project manager met with me initially to discuss the details of the project and the timeline.  After that, I was periodically sent  photos of items to purchase for the project:  bathtubs to choose from, sinks, mirrors, etc.  I was able to make all of those purchases from my phone which was less stressful than having to drive around.  The only item that I wanted to see in person was the tile.  I will definitely use them again for other remodel projects.  My bathroom looks beautiful!

**Q: Are these cabinets custom made cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

These cabinets and the stain are gorgeous.  Who did the design and where are the cabinets from?

A: Hey Katherine!  Strohmaier did the design, and the cabinets were made by Surewood Custom Cabinets.  All were custom, including the stain.

**Q: Wall tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the brand and color of the wall tile?

A: It is from Zia Tile in their Victory line. I was unable to find it on their site so not sure if discontinued it. I would reach out to them to see! Thank you

A: Yes, it is decor our client has in their home.

I can't tell if there are angled plugs strips in the corners next to the cabinets or if there are well hidden cut-outs in the tile.
