Tim's estimate was the exact price I paid except for going over less than $100. on my tile allowance. He called to let me know before the tile was purchased to get my OK for the slight amount it was over. I approved it and that was the only increase in my final bill. In my experience, this is unusual for a remodel. We also had to patch the flooring because of the redesign of the room and have all the hardwood refinished. It looks beautiful and exactly like the design I had in my mind for years. I wouldn't hesitate to use A & M again for any projects, large or small, because he is a true professional contractor.
