> Love our new front entry unit from Stewart Brannen Millworks. Bradford Stewart met with me and discussed many ideas for a new front entry for our 16 year old home. He designed several different options for us to choose from. He made great suggestions from the mouldings and trims to the stain color. He was very knowledgeable and always communicated timely. We are very happy with the finished product. We would highly recommend Stewart Brannen Millworks.

> I had the pleasure of working with Stewart Brannen Millwork on my new coastal home construction project. From design to delivery, the process was seamless. Bradford, was exceptional in terms of his advice, product knowledge and customer service. The quality of the doors exceeded my expectations. My builder was so impressed with the product and service that he now plans to call on Stewart Brannen for future projects. A huge thank you to everyone at Stewart Brannen for the great service and for the beautiful doors that make our home stand out.

> My husband, Todd and I were in the beginning stages of building our dream home. We knew exactly what we wanted our doors to look like. Without hesitation, we contacted Stewart Brannen Millworks. They were great to work with. We took a tour of the facility and Bradford answered every question we threw at him. To this day, the process has been the easiest decision we have made. They communicate clear, concise, and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

> I highly recommend their company for any projects where quality is paramount.
> It was nice to work with a smaller company that put a special interest in our needs. Big Box distributors would not have been able to deliver the product we desired.

> Stewart Brannen has been providing custom door and window products to my company fo over 20 years. The quality of the workmanship and service is the better than anyone that we have been working with over this time. I am a custom home builder in Augusta, Ga. They far exceed any one else's standards, and are very knowledgeable about their products and my needs.

**★★★★★ — cynthiaware, Aug. 2013**

> I had heard from my architect from Sea Island, GA about this company. I contacted the company and scheduled a meeting for my husband and myself. We were picked up by the owner and taken to the company for a awesome experience. Bradford and his family are so warm and welcoming. The doors, windows and millwork we were shown was the best I have seen. We had a great experience and the following week, Bradford came to Florida to meet with us and our contractor. We have already received most of the doors and they are so beautiful. Well built and great quality. I would recommend his doors, windows, etc. to everyone. It was by far the best experience I have had with any company I have ever dealt with. And this is the 10th home I have remodeled and will always recommend this company to everyone I know.

**★★★★★ — Group3, Aug. 2013**

> We specify Stewart Brannen Millwork custom french doors in all of our houses. They function better than doors by the "big" window and door companies, they are infinitely more beautiful and they are generally less expensive.
>
> Why would you use anything else?
>
> Next up for me is someone who will let me specify their windows in their house. They are more expensive than top grade mass market windows but you just have to see them to appreciate the difference.
>
> Oh, and trim... if you can draw it they can make it at a competitive price.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Great arrangement!** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are the dimensions of the LR/DR area?

A: @calistas unfortunatrly, we do not keep the full sets of plans in our files; so I cannot tell you for certain. The architect for this project was Historical Concepts out of Atlanta, GA; perhaps they would be able to answer this for you! So sorry I cannot be of more help!

**Q: What are the dimensions of the center upper and lower french doors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi! Can you please tell me the height and width of the french doors in this picture? Specifically the french doors in the center on the first and second floors. It looks like the 2nd floor doors may be slightly smaller in width.

A: Courtlin,

You have a great eye! The double door unit on the second floor is indeed narrower than the unit on the first floor. The unit on the first floor is a 5-0 x 8-0 (pair of 30" x 96" doors), and the second floor unit is a 4-0 x 8-0 (pair of 24" x 96" doors). I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can help you with!

Best Regards,
Bradford Stewart

**Q: Love this couch's material and the rugs** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have a blue and yellow living room and need to recover the existing couch and replace the rugs. Can you tell me the fabric and manufacture. Also what color are the rugs? Thanks so muhc

A: Susan,

I'm afraid I won't be much help to you with this particular question as we were not involved in the fabric or furniture selection. I'm sorry! Best of luck with your project! Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!

**Q: Who Makes the Vanity?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the vanity custom?

A: Unfortunately we did not supply the vanity; so I'm afraid that I don't have much information to share with you. However, the cabinetry was all custom on this project and I am certain that the cabinet manufacturer supplied the vanity as well. Where are you located? Hostetler Custom Cabinetry is a first rate cabinet shop that could certainly make a vanity such as the one in the picture! They're definitely worth looking up! Good luck on your project! Let us know if we can help you with anything else!

**Q: Trim color** *(in Photo Questions)*

Mind sharing the wall & trim color
Thanks!

A: Achoplin,

Thank you so much for your interest in one of the projects we were a part of! Unfortunately we did not pre-finish anything on this project so we do not have any information as to the colors that were used. The architecture firm that drew these plans was Historical Concepts out of Atlanta. They are a wonderful firm and I think they could be much more helpful to you with this particular question. Please let us know if you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can help you with!

All the best,
Bradford Stewart

**Q: door latch** *(in Photo Questions)*

How is the active door secured? Just with the Mortise lock or is there some sort of multi point latching mechanism? Is the passive door secured with flush bolts?

A: 89vette,

Thank you for your interest in our products! All of our products are completely custom and made to order. That being said, this particular door unit does utilize flush bolts on the inactive and a mortise lock on the active leaf. However, we could supply the units with a multipoint locking system or numerous other hardware preps depending on your needs. We are one of the few companies that can offer hurricane rated door units with either multipoint or surface bolts. Multipoint hardware would require levers on the handleset which many do not like for an entry door; with surface bolts, you would be able to choose the exact handleset you wanted with knobs or whatever you may choose. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can help you with!

Best Regards,
Bradford Stewart
