They included me in major decisions via phone, FaceTime, e-mail, and occasional face-to-face meetings. We divided the project into four phases. Phase 1 included replacing all the doors and windows, re-stuccoing the exterior, and repairing all the exterior wood. Phase 2 focused on re-furnishing each room. Phase 3 included redesigning the bathrooms. Phase 4 will include new window coverings and redesign of the kitchen and laundry room.
