  - Description: The house is thermally grounded to take advantage of the 70ºF constant ground temperature. The crawl space is insulated and sealed and is used as a plenum to supply air in the winter and return air the rest of the year. It uses half the energy the local utility's best prescriptive house uses. Designed for shading, ventilation and daylighting. Uses salvage and recycled materials on the interior. Designed in an early French colonial style.

  - Description: The client wanted a replica of Parlange Plantation, an 18th Century French colonical raised cottage in Louisiana. The site overlooks a lake to the southwest. The wrap around porch helps shade the structure from the sun. The main living area, as was in historic times, is at the second level, while the bedrooms are at the ground floor, with a game room and a guest bedroom at the third level.

  - Description: A 19th Century cypress barn was renovate for use as a residence. It is two stories with a linear copula at the ridge. All three floors are accessible by stairs, elevator and a fireman's pole can be used from the 3rd floor copula to the first floor. The copula windows are designed for ventilation and daylighting. Some of the joint and flooring was removed at the second level to allow visual connection to all floors. The structure was left exposed and SIPs was used on the exterior.

  - Description: A new contemporary sustainable house. The east and west walls are insulated, ventilated and contain a radiant barrier. The clerestory is for ventilation and daylight. the awnings on the south porch protect the window wall from the summer sun, and retract to allow the winter sun in for heat gain. The sloping roof is ventilated, insulated and has a radiant barrier, and at the right angle for photovoltaics.

  - Description: An 1840 Acadian house was moved and restored. A new addition was added to the rear in the style of an older vintage house. The two are connected by a glassed in bridge made to look like two old structures were moved to the site and restored.
