What is the material surrounding the fireplace?

A: Hi! The material inspiration came from a \#Fuseflooring product, it's was made to order using white oak and using a lightly metalic grey stain. Thank you for your question.

More and more often, we see photos on Houzz of secret rooms hidden behind bookcases or otherwise obscured in a home. I, for one, would love to have one, just for fun.
