> Disappointed let me start by saying we has a kitchen fire 1 1/2 years ago and still don’t have a kitchen. So excited to finally get cabinets as the reclamation company ordered the wrong color the first time then ordered cheap particle board cabinets hoping we wouldn’t notice. Finally just went to Home Depot and ordered American Woodmark. 3 of the cabinets came in with subpar workmanship, HD ordered us replacements no problem. We were told by 2 different HD designers that American Woodmark did not want the cabinets back they told us  “just keep them”. I just received a call from Logistics saying they have an RA to pick them up. Now I have to take a day off work so I can get them and have to unstacked from the storage area and have no time to do it in. If we hadn’t all ready been waiting so long for our kitchen to get finished, I tell them they can have them all back. So disappointed in American Woodmark and their customer service.

The first had missing Veneer on the lazy Susan, the second had inoperable drawer rails, and the third had the wrong hinges - not the soft closed I ordered. I was very happy at how easy it was to switch them out. However, next the lazy Susan came in with pieces that needed to be glued back together at the top, but since we were in a time crunch we fixed that issue ourselves. Finally we get to the sink cabinet. This is where I have a real issue. We go to cut the sink out and the tape peals the finish right off the front of the cabinet! (3m painters tape left on for only a few minutes) Now you have offered again to replace the cabinet, but after all of these defects can you blame me for saying I don't want anything to do with them? Who is to say that the peeling won't occur on all of the rest of the box faces as well from food spills or normal wear and tare? Who is going to pay for the labor to keep replacing them? Please come get your cabinets. I want my money back!

> I am a designer at Home Depot and work with American Woodmark Cabinetry A lot. I love to use American Woodmark because their price point fits most of my clients budgets and their design ideas. They have a perfect amount of options to customize your kitchen and make it functional.

> An entire kitchen full of cabinets were ordered from this company and arrived in the wrong color. Solution offered to me by this terrible company was: Store the cabinets in my home for 3-6 weeks until another order could be shipped out (3-6 weeks) with no guarantee they would be the right color the second time. They refused to pick them up until the other order would arrive, even though I paid 200 dollars to have the cabinets shipped in the first place. I have no room to store the cabinets. My flooring and counter top has already been purchased and my contractor has my kitchen gutted while we are living out of our bathroom sink. The staff at Home Depot were just as appalled by this as I was. No other offers to make things right. I can only state unequivocally that this is not a company to be trusted. Some of the shelves were coming apart as well and we haven't finished unpacking everything yet.  The cabinet person at Home Depot is going to try and do his best for me, but I don't know what more he can do. I am out several thousand dollars for cabinet that are the wrong color shipped in boxes that indicate otherwise.

Unfortunately they were just studio props so I don't know where they were originally purchased. You may be able to find a similar stools on Wayfair or Joss and Main.
