We used Benjamin Moore; Sailor's Sea Blue. But please test it out first, as you know lighting affects how we see color. I am in my 50s and I am in your area. A: I appreciate your comment. Every designer has a style but that style doesn’t necessarily fit every customer. The trick is to find the right match and someone who can see your vision and make it a reality. The lady of this house (a generation Xer too) was looking to match the home’s color scheme, heirloom furniture and family treasures with a grand solution. I have since been asked to design windows in several other rooms in the home – all in a grand style such as this.
