**★★★★★ — Richard Marquis, June 2019**

> In one word, “Fantastic”!
> When we started our Kitchen renovation project, we interviewed some of the most well -known kitchen design building companies in the area to discuss our sizable kitchen project. We found Angela Harrison Seri on Houzz and we met with her as well. While we were a bit overwhelmed by the kitchen design firms, we were immediately impressed with Angela as she really listened to us and understood what we were looking for. We were also very happy that she planned to bid out our job out to 3 different contractors so we could get comfortable that we were paying a fair price.
> One of the most important functions your designer should play is in preparing detailed drawings and specifications for the contractors to bid on. Angela’s drawings and specs were so detailed and well done that all 3 bids ending up coming within $5,000 of each other on a $150,000 job.
> As you can see form the attached photos, we were able to get a brand new chef’s kitchen that still remained consistent with the existing character of our 1930’s Spanish style home. Angela worked very closely with us in selecting our kitchen finishes, but let us freely make all decisions.
> We highly recommend you use Angela on your kitchen remodel. We jokingly refer to her as Santa because she provided us the best Christmas gift ever!

> We worked with Anna to renovate two bathrooms and a bedroom. She was absolutely fantastic! She helped us brainstorm, got an idea of our style preferences, and proposed some great designs (and was happy to iterate with us on them). We worked through her to find contractors, and kept her on through the renovations to ensure continuity, which really helped in our opinion. Anna is very knowledgable about appropriate fixtures and standards so having her communicate on the technical aspects with the contractors really made things go smoothly. We can't recommend her highly enough!

**★★★★★ — Carlyn Lampert, June 2025**

> I stopped into LA Dwelling in Van Nuys to ask about shower doors. I left having Angela come to my house for a consultation and hired her to remodel my bathroom. I felt at ease with her as person and her capabilities. I found her to be honest. She tried to save me money where she could. She had great solutions for difficult problems. Her workers were great. She also helped me with a design problem I had in my living room with my fireplace. Everything came out looking beautiful.

**★★★★★ — Sean Lewis, Jan. 2022**

> This review is long overdue. We worked with Pamela Leone from LA Dwelling to remodel our mid-century modern kitchen from a cramped and outdated mess to a gorgeous and well-functioning centerpiece of our home.
>
> Pamela was prompt and professional in the height of the pandemic. I had ideas of what I wanted, and she had the know how and the connections to turn my dream into reality.
>
> I was happy to work with Pamela and LA dwelling, and they will be my first contact for any further renovation projects.

**★★★★★ — Edmond's Unique Furniture & Stone Gallery In, Sept. 2020**

> This team is absolutely and incredibly AMAZING !!!!! I have been working with Angela specifically on a brand new kitchen , 4 bathrooms and a laundry room. I cannot express enough what a wonderful and stressless experience this has been. She is knowledgable, professional, punctual, caring and honest. She even went out of her way (which she didn't have to by the way) to look for kitchen appliances and different outlets that were less expensive since they were out of the box or floor models saving me thousands of dollars.
> She has gone above and beyond the scope of work we discussed with any hesitation or bother.
> I found them by chance on Yelp and I am so lucky and grateful that I did. No one should hesitate a second to hire them.
> I will update my review with some pictures of the final results.

**★★★★★ — Tesselle, June 2020**

> It is a joy to collaborate with Alison Glen of LA Dwelling - she creates spaces that are beautiful, original and functional - and highly personalized to the client's needs and aesthetic preferences.

**Comment from LA Dwelling Inc:**

> Thanks Karin, working with you at Tesselle makes my job so much easier and the results are amazing. I'm looking forward to starting my next project with you in a couple of weeks

**★★★★★ — Kari Weaver, April 2019**

> We were referred to Alison from a contractor, met with her and fell in love with her immediately. She is cheerful, easy to work with, has great ideas and made our vision a reality. We could not be more pleased with the design process, the end result and with working with Alison!!!

**Comment from LA Dwelling Inc:**

> Thank you Kari, it's always fun working with a fellow designer. Your input and design ideas were exceptional and I'm looking forward to working with you on more remodels in the future.

**★★★★★ — Seta Keshishian, Aug. 2018**

> So incredibly happy I found L.A. Dwelling for my kitchen remodel. I had interviewed other designers and countless contractors, not finding anyone I was comfortable working with. Angela at LA Dwelling was professional, creative, resourceful, price-conscious, efficient, organized, reliable.....I could continue. She was wonderful to work with. Angela understood what I wanted and completely delivered. The process went very smoothly. I ended up with a kitchen I absolutely love and am thrilled every time I walk in. I would highly recommend!

**★★★★★ — Christina Mathers, July 2018**

> My husband and I contacted LADwelling when we suddenly decided to buy a house in Studio City, CA in order to be closer to our five grown children and their families. We live in Boston and wondered how we were going to rehab it when we are only there part-time. LADweling, and Angela Harrison Seri, were the answer. In five months Angela curated the gutting and renovation of a kitchen and four bathrooms in a sweet 70-year-old Tudor, without destroying its character. Angela's artistry, energy, contacts in the trade, and patience made the house everything we had hoped it would be. She listened to every wish we expressed, guided us when we were going off the rails, and then made things happen. She knew exactly where to go for tile, how to find the best cabinet installer, who had the best glass shower enclosures. And she offered original suggestions that turned a pedestrian bathroom off of the pool into a showpiece. She was also lovely to work with every step of the way even when the usual problems arose.

**★★★★★ — P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S, June 2018**

> What a fantastic experience was to work with Alison and her company!
> She did our kitchen and two bathrooms and the results were exceptional. So thank you Alison!

**★★★★★ — bill\_michels, May 2018**

> Alison was great! She helped with our kitchen and bath design on our remodel. She was patient and flexible. She listened to our needs and paid attention to our style and taste. She kept us in budget too.
>
> She had great ideas, and even went shopping with me for our tiles and light fixtures! She went the extra mile for us and we would highly recommend her!

**★★★★★ — Michael Chen, April 2018**

> Alison has been the most reliable person during our project. She was instrumental in the design, layout, and selection of finishing hardware for our kitchen, bathrooms, and mudroom. When we needed help choosing paint colors, she was ready and willing to give her input. I would have gladly paid more for her knowledge and experience. I am truly in debt to her and her team at LA Dwelling. Thank you Alison.

**Comment from LA Dwelling Inc:**

> Thanks Michael, being part of the process of building your house from the ground up was a unique and rewarding experience. You and Judy were amazing throughout, so much fun to work with and the results are perfect, just right for your family - all those hours spent poring over the plans paid off!

**★★★★★ — Denise Nelson Nash, April 2018**

> I still can't believe how fortunate I was to find LA Dwelling on Houzz! Alison and her design partner Pam produced stunning results. I had a fairly clear vision for my project (townhouse complete renovation) and throughout Alison and Pam met and exceeded my project goals with their attention to detail, product recommendations and sourcing, and suggestions. When something wasn't quite right, Alison and Pam encouraged me not to settle. That type of sensitivity is indicative of the extra mile both Alison and Pam went to ensure my complete satisfaction. I get so many compliments on my house and I love being home.

**Comment from LA Dwelling Inc:**

> Thank you Denise, you were amazing to work with, Pam and I had so much fun making your vision a reality

**★★★★★ — Sweethome.pro.vn, Feb. 2018**

> Kitchen & Bath Designers
> 2517 12th Ave I love your project. It is very nice and perfect. I like simple space that combines white with a dominant color. It becomes wider but not monotonous.

**★★★★★ — LAND BY DESIGN, Nov. 2017**

> I am a landscape Architect with Land by Design. I have had the pleasure of being introduced to her by my my favorite contractor Richard Grenier. She has since become a client, colleague and friend and all for good reason. To be around Alison is to have fun and live in the exciting realm of possibility. She has impeccable artistic taste, always up on the latest trend as well as more traditional design, and always able to source the most abstruse of things at the flick of a wrist! I highly recommend you hire Alison. You will be so glad you did!

**★★★★★ — Redkorp Inc - Design & Construction, Nov. 2017**

> LA Dwelling is extremely insightful on any design. Whether you need help with the latest trends or want to keep things more simple and modern they are immensely creative.

**★★★★★ — Alison Shore, Oct. 2017**

> Angela was terrific--very professional, knowledgeable, intuitive, and pleasant. One thing I appreciated was her ability to offer insight and beneficial suggestions while respecting my own vision. She brought great experience, and her curiosity about the latest innovations in design and materials proved to be helpful not just to me but the contractor/subcontractors, too. I would guess that many people, like I, wonder whether hiring a designer is really necessary; in the long run, it was absolutely worth it.

**★★★★★ — Deborah Karloff, April 2017**

> Alison was very patient in the design phase. She understood that we did not need to start right away and guided us through the design phase. She listened to input about how we use the kitchen and offered many design options. Not once did we feel that she rushed us thru the design. We really appreciated the fact that this became “our” design.
>
> This kitchen turned into a great shared workspace. Alison created lots of useable space. The open design is exactly what we were looking for. At the same time, she created a great cooks’ kitchen – everything needed is handy with cleverly considered details.
>
> Once the construction began, it was apparent that Alison was well connected with the trades. While every project has issues, they were remedied and the project kept on track.
>
> We are very happy with the outcome. We love the kitchen and enjoyed working with Alison throughout.

**★★★★★ — Nicole, March 2017**

> Alison magically transformed our original 1954 blah kitchen into a gorgeous gourmet centerpiece in our home.
>
> I found Alison through Houzz. I was attracted to her eclectic portfolio and its wide variety of styles and designs...nothing was cookie-cutter and each project injected some sort of personality into the designs. I interviewed several designers, and Alison's calm and patient demeanor was refreshing. That sealed the deal, and we hired her to design our kitchen.
>
> Alison guided us through the whole process, especially when decisions became overwhelming (appliances, fixtures, hardware, cabinets, countertops, and so much more). She also knew when to back off and let me take control. Every step of the project, she was available when needed, provided suggestions when asked, and offered up ideas when she saw an opportunity to save money or improve the design.
>
> I truly appreciate Alison's time, dedication, and expertise she applied to our project. Our beautiful kitchen has transformed our living space and is such a joy to cook in...thank you, Alison!

**★★★★★ — Cheryl Smith, Feb. 2017**

> Alison is lovely to work with. Calm and study, during any client freak out moments. She was right on EVERY decision and "held my hand" when I was doubting some decisions. She is a talent!! I was also very impressed with all her sources, which was a huge help to us, as we are new to the area and did not have any resources to turn to. Alison created a fabulous kitchen, beautiful hall bath and helped me throughout the home, selecting window treatments, paint colors and arranging furniture.

**★★★★★ — Monica Perez, March 2016**

> Alison helped us in the complete remodel and design of our South Pasadena home. She was with us from the very beginning, through all the planning and decisions. This was our first time doing a remodel and Alison was an incredible help in guiding us through the process. She worked closely with our architect and contractor to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had a 1950's original home whose lay out did not work for our family. Without adding any additional square footage, she helped us redesign our home in a way that maximized the use of our space. We now have an open floor plan in the kitchen, a master bedroom with walk in closet, master bath, new bathroom for the kids, powder room and laundry room. Alison came with us when we shopped for fixtures, stone, tiles, appliances, paint, curtains and blinds. I loved that she brought suggestions or emailed us options to help us narrow what we wanted. This was incredibly helpful since I have an extremely busy schedule and not much of a decorator. I appreciated Alison doing so much of the leg work for us. From the beginning, Alison was very conscientious about our budget. This was crucial since we were doing so much to the house. A friend had recommended Alison, and I am so glad that she did. We love our new home and does everyone who sees it. There is no way we could have done it without all of Alison's help. She was great!

**★★★★★ — C Blue, March 2016**

> We are more than pleased with our new kitchen and we couldn’t have done it without Alison’s help. When Alison stopped by for our first consultation, I knew right away that I wanted to work with her. She was very easy-going, and listened as I did my best to describe my dream kitchen. Throughout the process, her guidance was invaluable. She provided many drawings to help us visualize the big picture, all while also providing detailed instructions on cabinet finishes, backsplash patterns, lighting and hardware. She was always conscious of our budget and offered many cost-saving solutions such as where to get cabinet pulls and floor tiles. Alison was always available to answer our questions or to just bounce off our ideas. The new footprint and open design allows family and friends to gather in our kitchen, where we’ve prepared and shared many meals. Thanks, Alison!

> Alison (LA Dwelling) is fabulous-- professional, fun, down-to-earth, easy to work with, and such an incredible eye/vision for design -- she makes it seem so effortless. We ultimately ended up remodeling our entire home (kitchen, multiple bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms), and Alison truly made all the difference in how happy we were with the end product. She really took the time to help us pick out fixtures, tiles, paint colors, and anything else we needed, and took steps to help reduce our ballooning budget.
>
> Our kitchen was the focus of our re-model, and she presented very creative options for potential layouts to truly increase the size, use of space, and functionality. She also checked in on-site regularly to make sure the contractors were following the plans to spec.
>
> If we ever decide to pursue another home re-model, we would happily seek out her services again without hesitation!

**★★★★★ — Simone Wallace, Feb. 2016**

> I decided to convert two adjacent bedrooms into one studio apartment with a separate bath and entrance. The existing bedrooms had never been remodeled since construction in the 1960's. They both had built in closets and cupboards. I couldn't quite visualize the best use of the space. Enter Alison Glen! From our first meeting, I felt confident in her ability to create not just something utilitarian, but also something contemporary and beautiful. She quickly noted the best features of the rooms, large window, hardwood floor, and hidden high-beam ceiling, and did a couple of different floor plans. Although she had a contractor to recommend, she assured me that she would work with anyone I chose. Her manner was relaxed at all times, she was easy to reach, and to communicate with. Aside from her amazing design skills and wonderful personality, she was also extremely generous with her time. My new apartment is a great success, and all who see it are filled with admiration. I try not to take all of the credit!

**★★★★★ — michaela\_ann\_griggs, Jan. 2016**

> The lovely and talented Alison Glen proved to be a great choice! Our renovations were extensive and involved a completely reconfigured 2nd floor layout to create a truly open-plan kitchen, turning a half-bath in to a new full-bath plus laundry room and still finding space to create a much needed new walk-in-pantry. In addition, she also redesigned our master and guest bathrooms. Alison helped us though every step of the process from space planning to design choices and ideas to actually going shopping for materials etc. In addition to the design work she also recommended a great contractor (Richard Grenier) and together they were a great team that I would definitely recommend and collaborate with again.

**★★★★★ — User, Sept. 2014**

> Our 30 year old kitchen/ laundry room needed an update and Alison came up with a great plan to utilize the space in a way that makes the room look and feel bigger. Her brilliant suggestion of moving a door a mere 9 inches gave us 30 extra inches of counter top space and allowed us to put the oven between two counters. It made all the difference in the design. She understood what we wanted and her suggestions for floor, back splash and appliances were all spot on. She gave us great recommendations for contractors and vendors. No detail was too small for her. She was very calm throughout the process and was very good at handling any and all problems to alleviate any stress on us. We couldn't imagine having done the remodel without her. We recommend her highly and without reservation.

**★★★★★ — mwss, Aug. 2014**

> Alison, I now have a kitchen that the whole family can work in and eat at the island that you created. With the removal of a furnace and a door the space was made possible.Good thinking! Thank you Alison for making my kitchen my new living area. M.W. Schuster

**★★★★★ — Steve Magel, Feb. 2014**

> This was supposed to be my new car--a sweet ML500 Mercedes Benz SUV. Not ostentatiously large, but not about to be blown off the road, literally or figuratively. Supposed to be. But things don't always turn out as they're supposed to. Frankly, this one turned out better! The wife said, "our current car's just fine as is. What we really need is a new kitchen." And that's where it started. We kicked around some ideas, fretted, fumed, set a budget ($50K, ha!), decided we were going to need some design advice and consultation. Called a couple of famous local designers to come over and share their thoughts. Both chuckled at the $50K budget, suggesting clearly that we couldn't really get started, let alone finish, for such a paltry sum. Then we discovered Houzz. What a resource! Rich with photographs, crammed with ideas and suggestion, loaded with product reviews and recommendations, and importantly, a comprehensive directory of design professionals. This is where we found ALISON GLEN! The rest is history, as they say. So let's retrace a bit of this historical path.We had our first meeting with ALISON in May 2013. We had seen some of her Spanish Colonial design work on Houzz, so we weren't surprised at her deep interest and knowledge in the area. We were initially a little surprised at her British accent and origin--but that soon enough became commonplace when we engaged on of her recommended contractors, DUNCAN DRUCE, a fellow Brit who used (almost exclusively) British employees and subcontractors. The house sounded like Downton Abbey for 7 months. One of ALISON's major strengths is her vision. She took our 6 room footprint (kitchen, eating area, pantry, laundry, office, and bath) and turned it upside down, inside out, and sideways, questioning the usage, functionality, and layout of every element. No, sorry, can't encroach on the office. Oops, the bathroom has to stay with its plumbing. Uh oh, the pantry has to open here. Fortunately, another of ALISON's strengths is her flexibility and dedication to accommodating her clients. And we were clients with no shortage of ideas of our own. So we heard her line repetitively said with a grin and a twinkle, "It's YOUR kitchen!"Eventually, her vision for the layout involved removing a couple of "win" walls, swapping sides in the laundry, pushing the stove back to enlarge its space, and opening up the eating nook.ALISON's computer-generated renderings were perfect in detail, allowing us to conceptualize the space in all dimensions and serving as a guide and template for our contractor and his subs.ALISON has a background in the cabinet industry, and not surprisingly, this is another of her strong suits. We went with the Brookhaven series, and she helped us discover the incredible complexities of modern kitchen cabinets. We now have every conceivable useful and functional kitchen cabinet feature: a cooking spice drawer next to the oven, an extraordinarily large spice storage cabinet, wine rack, trash/recycling center, a serving platter cabinet, deep pot drawers, pull-outs, overheads, display windows, fitted broom closet, and those amazing self-close, soft-close doors and drawers. Unbelievably, we actually have spare cabinet space for the first time ever! And ALISON's planning for the layout was perfect: everything is in the right place, just where you need it, without wasted motion.Another of ALISON's highly visible contributions was her recommendation for the tile treatment, both the backsplash feature and the beltline trim. There is seemingly an infinite variety of tile choices and ALISON took that vast universe and reduced it to a handful of plausible, gorgeous samples from which we agreed on style, color, and design. Her selections were based on intricate details and a coordinated overall color scheme that pulled together the diverse design elements into a coherent whole. And here is where another of ALISON's virtues became evident--her cost consciousness! She introduced us to Discount Tile Center in West LA with whom she has a relationship. What a great store with friendly and knowledgable staff, and prices that can't be beat. Hand painted tiles in a Moroccan design were not cheap by any means, but they were indeed discounted.Another fabulous resource that ALISON introduced us to was Rejuvenation Lighting in Culver City. They have a huge selection of lighting choices compatible with our design. Very importantly, ALISON passed along her store discount to us, saving a bundle. And saving a bundle ultimately turned out to be very useful--like virtually everyone else, we sort of went over budget. In the end, we could have bought not just one, but a couple of cars...In short, I'm not certain we could have reached our beautiful kitchen remodel goal without ALISON's contributions. We recommend her unequivocally as a trusted advisor on your next design project.

> I did a bathroom remodel. Alison held my hand throughout the process, making great suggestions, working within my budget, and offering a calm approach to the inevitable problems or concerns I had.

**★★★★★ — Susan Shapiro, Jan. 2014**

> Very talented. Knows her business. Excellent ideas. Great listener. Willing to help on even the smallest levels. Has decorated many Spanish style homes, so understands the design and knows where to get the correct products. Very good at placing items to get the most out of a space. Has a good team of skilled workers.

> My wife and I could not have been happier with how our garage to bedroom conversion turned out. Alison was with us every step of the way! She responded quickly to our emails or phone calls and always had great input. I saw her previous work on LA Dwelling and wanted my garage conversion to look in her style and it does!
> We used workers she recommended and yes there were some bumps along the way (them getting things wrong and taking too long) but the fact that Alison works with them regularly she was able to "crack the whip" and get everything taken care of. Even though it took twice as long as we were told it would her contractor, Mauricio Chavez, didn't ask for any extra money. It was great meeting an HONEST contractor!
> Also, to help us stay on budget she gave us this beautiful mirror for the bathroom, for free! I think that was above and beyond.

**★★★★★ — kbawn, Sept. 2013**

> Alison quickly and accurately sized up our needs and our taste. She figured out how we could move a small amount of wall and dramatically increase the functional workspace in our kitchen. She found high quality materials and guided us through what would have otherwise been an overwhelming set of decisions. She's fun, smart and a pleasure to work with. We had an ambitious time line, contacted her to design and coordinate a full kitchen remodel 2.5 weeks before construction started, but she made it seem easy. Thanks to her great eye and good judgement, we now have an amazing, beautiful kitchen.

> This was my first time working with Alison, and I highly recommend her. She fulfilled my "modern spanish" design direction creatively, on time, and on budget. She brought terrific ideas to my master bathroom reconstruction and gave me the right amount of direction and narrowing of alternatives in deciding final design elements--- just as I requested. She is quite easy to work with, reliable, and dependable. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

She had endless patience and spent as much time as was needed to track down materials and show us choices and never hesitated to put in the time needed. She worked extremely well with our contractor and was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot as needed. I really can't compliment her enough and look forward to our next project. The project she did is already on the site - it's the great kitchen with the chickens.

> I worked with Alison on my kitchen remodel and I recommend her wholeheartedly. We changed the layout of the kitchen and opened up walls, so it was a pretty extensive remodel. During this time, Alison also helped me with a new living room layout and powder room remodel. My kitchen had been flooded so I had no working kitchen during this process and it was extremely stressful! Alison kept me calm and on-track. She is very generous with her time, has excellent taste and an impeccable work ethic. She really helped me achieve my vision of the kitchen and never imposed her own views if they were different than mine. She was supportive and understanding during the whole process, which I really appreciated. I am about to use Alison again to remodel my bathrooms.

> Alison Glen designed my friend Karen's kitchen and it came out fantastic. Karen loves color (she has apple martini caesar stone counter tops!) and Alison got right in there with her. With Alison's design expertise the kitchen is sohpisticated, unique and inviting. It is one of those kitchen's you want to hang out in. I also love that it isn't a kitchen design you see coming and going in every magazine, it is really special. It looks great and Karen is a great cook, so I know it works well too! I have hired Alison Glen Design to help me remodel our master bath.

> Alison Glen did my neighbor's kitchen. I was so impressed by her sense of design, color and ideas, I just had to hire her to do my bathrooms. And I am so glad I did. Everything she suggested was right on the money. Her demeanor and how she handled my anxiety during remodel made the whole experience seem flawless. Her contractors couldn't be more professional. They were on time, clean and respectful. I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family.
> Thanks, Alison!

> We love working with this designer! she does incredible design with any budget! I recommend working with this designer, for anyone looking to make a big impression without breaking the bank.

> I have used Alison Glen Designs for more than one project. Alison's wonderful to work with, extremely easy-going, and concerned with doing what the owner wants. Her strength lies especially in working with spacial designs. As well, Alison is happy to make phone calls, find products, look for discounts, join her customers on shopping excursions, etc., etc., etc. She made a great partner for reasons like these--and this: She realized my bold tastes, and completely followed my lead in helping me satisfy my 'little-bit-of-crazy,' while keeping me focused on the whole picture--reminding me that three fabulous objects are better than ten! You can see the projects Alison worked with me on in her "Venice Kitchen and Venice Bath links on Houzz!

 - Location: South Pasadena, CA

 - Description: This Pasadena house designed by Wallace Neff required a kitchen update but needed to retain it's original historical charm. I really enjoyed working closely with the owners and together we redesigned the space, opening up the eating nook and back door/laundry area. These changes let in more light and extended the kitchen cabinetry creating longer work surfaces. Appliances were carefully chosen not to overpower the room with modern technology. I've since found out that it was either a new car or…

## Community Q&A

**Q: Are you able to share the tile used on the shower walls and floor?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Northern CA bathroom remodel

A: Hi, I'm sorry this project was from 2015. I've been looking up whatever I can find on the tile details and the best I can find is that the wall field tiles were called "oyster stroke" but I don't know who made them. The floor looks like a 2 x 2 natural stone mosaic.
If I find more information on this project I will let you know.
Happy Remodeling!
Regards Alison

**Q: Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Bonjour! Os this Ann Sacks, Andy Blick Discus tile? Please say no since it's no longer available!

A: Thank you for your interest in one of our kitchens. The Tile is by Wow, it is called Moon Porcelain, here is a link: https://www.wowdesigneu.com/moonPorcelain.php.
Just be aware that you have to be very careful and specific about outlets if you are using this tile in a backsplash application because it is 3D.
