I have bought all my bathroom and kitchen products from Frank Webb Home in Waterford, CT. Leigh Kroll is always ready to work with me and handle all my questions. She provide incredible advise and options to select the right products for my Bathroom and Kitchen renovations. She shares warranty info and experiences and clearly is the expert. GREAT working with Leigh and Frank Webb Home for all my Bathroom and Kitchen needs. > The showroom is large with all price ranges and manufacturers products on display. If you just want to browse they leave you alone until you have a question. **★ — HU-27663195, Aug. 2022** > We had an unpleasant and emotionally exhausting experience of ordering some bathroom equipment and accessories from the Frank Webb Home showroom in Bedford, MA. We were introduced to a FWH consultant by our designer who we hired for renovating our bathrooms. She and her FWH contact person were supposed to help us with ordering the necessary equipment and accessories for our new bathrooms. > We had to choose from a limited number of items already present in the showroom. The FWH consultant’s assistance in choosing the necessary items and offering additional selection from catalogs was minimal. After our visit, we received a difficult-to-interpret quote that contained some incorrect information, such as a wrong number of accessories or a different model of a toilet AND without a toilet seat. It happened that he modified some of our choices after our visit, without discussing his changes with us. The worst things were that we had to discover those changes by ourselves, and then he appeared to be unable to make the necessary corrections to the quote. > One of the faucets that we ordered with his help did not match the size of one of our vanities. He ordered a backsplash of incorrect dimensions that did not fit another vanity, so we lost our money that we paid for that backsplash. We did not receive a refund after the designer brought it back to the showroom. The backsplash was not returned to us as well. > During the ordering process, the FWH consultant did not tell us that we would not be able to return and receive a full refund for those items that we would not use for our project. We expected a full refund because our designer claimed that we would be given a full refund for all redundant items. It did not happen. The FWH showroom charged a restocking fee for every new, non-customized item we returned. > It took a lot of time to receive our orders, which severely impacted the deadlines of the project. A crucial delay happened when one of our orders was misplaced, and we were not notified about it. We learned about the missing order several weeks after the order was placed, when we directly asked the consultant about its status. We visited the showroom to reorder the items. Several days later, we learned that our reorder had not been placed, so we had to contact the consultant again. > Also, we learned from our experience that they can put wrong items in delivery boxes. Their customers have to check their deliveries promptly and carefully. In our case, they included the wrong number of accessories, the wrong type of an item, and did not include an item that we ordered. At the same time, the delivery invoice was correct: it is just the contents of the boxes were wrong. When we notified the FWH consultant about the incorrect delivery, he said that, according to the invoice, all was delivered correctly. He did not even offer us a replacement for anything incorrect/missing. Very disappointing. **★★★★★ — HU-498124462, July 2022** > I visited the Frank Webb Home showroom in Hyannis, MA. I eventually ordered two beautiful lighted mirrors for bathroom renovations. One of the mirrors was damaged although we did not notice it until it was installed. I sent photos to the salesperson I had worked with and within just hours I was assured the mirror would be replaced. No questions asked. Absolutely wonderful service. The showroom on Rte. 50 is exceptional and provides great ideas, but Denise has a knack for immediately understanding what the customer needs in regards to; style, taste, and budget. On occasions when we knew what we wanted, Denise provided us with factual details, great pricing, and speedy delivery. When, recently, we didn't know quite what we wanted, Denise was able to point us to the exact product that fit all our needs. Additionally, Denise helped to expedite our delivery as we were on a tight schedule.
