In both projects, the old interiors were removed all the way to the studs, windows were expanded and upgraded, new plumbing, cabinets, counter tops, tiles, hardwood-floor and appliances were installed. > > Michael, as a general contractor, employs high quality subcontractors that produce quality work and show up to work like clockwork. In both projects, there has not been a single day without someone on-site working on our projects. The budgets were very close to the actual costs and payments were made on a progress basis.
