**Q: Love the wallpaper** *(in Photo Questions)*

What wallpaper did you use here. I live it!!

A: This is a commercial grade Wallcovering from MDC Wallcovering called "Li Ming" color : Fuji Mist. It looks like tea stained silk up close in person. It comes on 54" Bolts so very few seams and super durable & scrub able

A: This mantle was custom designed and built out of wood over a face frame of Thassos Marble. The floor hearth is also an inset of the Thassos. Benjamin Moore Advance Latex paint was applied to the wood surround to give it the white lacquer flawless look to match the custom shelves. Thanks for your interest!

**Q: Drapes** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where are the drapes from?

A: I'd love to know where these drapes came from...have a client that would love something like these...they really pull the room together, nice look

A: It is a custom stain with a glazed finish that we had Morgan's Fine Finishes apply throughout the house

I can do this for all of you but not for myself. I am stuck here. Please help!
Living room. Couch, coffee, tv, tv cab, wall sconces and drapery rod all STAY. (Tile floor will be hardwood someday, and I know I know, the grids HAVE to be painted in the windows).

Color: I want changed to a very light gray-beige. This room is first room you see but also HAS TO BE family friendly cuz I have 4 boys.  I have already done the gray walls and purple/teal pillows and drapes and sent them all to a consignment shop. I need to make this room comfortable but really pulled together with a layered look, no matchy-matchy everything. I'm not afraid of color but prefer it in pattern and texture as opposed to jarring wall colors and solid panels.  I have a gold baroque mirror that I can't decide if it works with all wood tones in tv cabinet and coffee table.

I'm thinking Ikea black and white striped rug everyone has and then fun pillows and that is it for pattern and texture. What do you think???  I'll take any thoughts really.  Mainly color direction and lighting solutions.  Should I hang a semi flush mount over coffee table? Ceilings are 8'.

A: Couldn't resist helping you get your comment count up AND hopefully lend some helpful advice! You've got a good start on key pieces with sofa, black & white ikat or geometric rug along with gold Boroque mirror to pull off a fun, classy but comfortable look. For tall designer Savvy curtain panels, go to Ballard Designs, ZGallery or even JC Penny as options for designer patterns that you can play off rug with...don't be afraid to mix geometrics! Mount black curtain rods as high to ceiling as you can to expand height of room.  
Find pillows exploding with color that you can easily swap out if you tire of them or want a more demure look for a change...Target, Pier One etc.
Play up that gold mirror on that blank wall space with a collage of white matted/framed art that is interesting & eclectic... Your kids' masterpieces could be ideal to contribute to the collage. Use Houzz to be brave with other similar designer looks

A: Sunbrella fabric is distributed through Pindler & Pindler Fabric as well as graded into several outdoor furniture lines
