> I have worked with Broadleaf for over a decade.  Initially, Kirsten Seibert guided us through a multi-year design plan for our garden on about 2.5 acres.  Kirsten brought imagination and practicality to our project.  She was also instrumental working with others to construct the hardscape and select and install the plants.  Now as the garden has matured, Broadleaf has helped to edit, maintain and improve it.  I have the highest praise for Kirsten and her Broadleaf team.

**Q: Love this table. Where is it from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks! It's built out of quarried stone from New Hampshire (but the table itself is located in Vermont.

**Q: hillside shrubs?** *(in Photo Questions)*

could you share what shrubs and plants you used for the hillside? Thanks

A: Sure! Fragrant sumac (rhus aromatica) is on top of the first wall, stephenandra is above the second wall with Iris japonica and Baptisia australis adjacent to it. The red shrub is Ninebark (physocarpus diablo) and I think the shrub in front of that is mock orange (philadelphus). Calamagrostis Karl Foerster is the tall grass in the back. Oh and Eupatorium Chocolat is the maroon plant in front of the grasses. Hope that helps!

very striking

A: 20 yr asphalt shingles
i think midnight black
they wove the valleys and lapped the hips which is why it looks good

Where did you get the female sculpture?

A: Andrew DeVries is the sculptor.  He has a studio in Lenox, MA.
