> My working experience with them was good, until reality settled in.  They had a compelling proposal at a middle price.  But they totally screwed up my bathroom remodelling.  Tile shower leaking, so they sent out a guy to caulk it.  After that, they ignored by calls.  More leaking; dripping through to my family room below.   So just 5-7 years after the full renovation, I just ripped the whole thing out and redid it.  They had nailed through the water barrier, not installed the drain correctly, and installed the shower seat above the water barrier.   My soaker tub area is now leaking too.   Do not hire them, as the contract workers cut corners.

> Hired for full MBA renovation.  Shawn is pleasant and communicative, open to personal preferences.   I enjoyed working with him.  He got that job done within time and budget.   The bad is that there were a few miss-steps, which he admitted and addressed (tile not placed correctly, stepped through floor into family room below, fixture not mounted correctly....)    So, I'd give them 4 stars for the project, until.....it become apparent within a year that the shower was leaking.  Electricity from the headed floor system was leaching into our shower.  That means water was getting to it.   I tried fixing with caulk, and tolerated it the shocks when touching the faucet.   It continued until water appeared on the ceiling below.   At that point, Shawn came out, cut a hole in my drywall ceiling to look at it (I agreed) and made some suggestions; caulking in a few more places.... that didn't solve it.   The fix is it needs to be ripped and replaced - which I then tried to discuss with him.   That's when he completely ghosted me.  I've called a dozen times, texted, sent emails.... no response.   He doesn't want to deal with it, even though it's clearly his mistake (a correctly installed tile shower shouldn't leak within a year or two).   So, I still have a leaking shower and a big hole in my family room ceiling.   I've just hired someone out of my pocket to fix the issue.

> We hired Shawn Courtney also know as S&T remodeling to do our bathroom remodel. Three months after completing the work we started to have problems. He guaranteed his work for one year. We called, texted, emailed, sent pictures of the problems, and sent registered mail.  He did not respond to any of these attempts. We filed a complaint with the BBB and he did not respond to their first correspondence. Later they reached him by phone and he said he was shutting down his business and he was not going to honor his guarantee.

I had my kitchen and master bath remodeled which included new sinks, new faucets, new countertops and new appliances. They installed new sinks in master bath, installed drain extension in shower and mosaic tile and also installed custom glass shower enclosure.  They installed two granite sinks and new faucets in master bath.  They replaced two exterior doors.  They replaced two dimmer switches.  All of the work they did was provided in a timely, courteous manner.  They were very professional and willing to work with me around an unexpected situation that came up.  I highly recommend them and would use them again!
