> If I could give a zero I would. Jenny has no moral compass. She talks a big game and probably could sell ice to an Eskimo.  She helps you design your projects then orders much cheaper quality items and charges you plenty. Jenny  with many design and construction projects ruined our home remodel. We had to replace and redo many things in our home. This went from interior to exterior, electrical and plumbing . A specific example is she charged us $10,000 to repaint our kitchen cabinets. Jenny did not even attempt to do a good job. The quality was so poor, I have Jenny hair stuck in the paint, they weren’t a consistent color and she did not bother painting all sides of the cabinet. Our flooring was installed incorrectly and is coming apart. Our tile work in our bathroom is ridged and jagged. Our entire siding in the exterior has to be replaced as it is literally falling off and the cracks are so large the home is not protected from moisture. This is just to name a few. The painting of the interior was poor and uneven (they managed to paint the entire interior in less than a working day.

> Jenny was horrible to work with. She was incredibly disorganized, lacked any communication skills, cost us a great deal more money than if we have purchased supplies from Home Depot (though she claimed she could save us more and get certain materials, at cost), and messed up 7 different design elements on our custom home, including our $15k roof, $14k tile, and a number of other expensive features. I asked her to confirm things prior to her purchasing them under our construction loan, and she lashed out at me indicating that she does not "do attitude I have way to many happy clients..."
> It's clear that Jenny is incapable of managing the work load that she is currently taking on and lacks accountability in her actions. She also appears to have absolutely no guilt or remorse in taking advantage of someone and then completely screwing them over in a really pivotable point of a project. Rather than taking responsibility, she lashed out, and then walked away leaving us to scramble to pick up the pieces.
> Such a disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience. I would never recommend using her services.
