We came with a nearly-completed plan to renovate an old kitchen in a condo, including taking out a wall. She was able to work with our design and suggest improvements, and quickly understood what we wanted. The good news is that the result is nice and it looks almost exactly like what we expected. The bad news is that we experienced undue delays mainly because the installer had to take back the breakfast cabinet and it fell down in the delivery truck, then he threw it away with its sophisticated hardware. So we had to wait an additional 3-4 weeks before they receive the new hardware. Moreover the installer did not respect the rules stipulated in our condominium regulations even though we've asked him to do so more than twice. For example, we asked him to cut pieces of wood on the balcony. He did it in the garage and we've had trouble with our co-owner.
