A: You're welcome! You can get the same look from wood and you would have more options for size/spacing/texture/finish but the concrete is great because it's very low maintenance. Whatever you decide, I hope it all works out great!

What material is the floor?

Hi. These are gorgeous counter stools. Is there a chance that you sell them? Or would you be able to provide a source?  I would also love to know the fabric source for the roman shade if you have it available.  Is this a full roman shade that opens? And can you tell me if it's board mounted.  Love the simple Wilmette lights -- so sad they are now unavailable.  This room is so well put together with the variety of texture and colors!  Congratulations on the design work.

A: Hello and thank you!  The stools are from Guy Chaddock.  I am not sure where you are located but they are available to the trade only so you would need a design professional in your area to order them for you.  If you are in the Bay Area, you may contact me for pricing and further information.  Yes, the Roman shade is fully operable. I'm sorry but I do not have the fabric source available.

**Q: peninsula length** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me the length of the peninsula? I'm building one similar in my home and would like to have enough seating for three.

A: Hello Jasmina, the length of this island is approx 115" to the tall built in sitting on the counter, which leaves ample space for four barstools.  A general rule of thumb is to allow approx 24" for each stool.  So in your case, 72" should be about right.  If you add any kind of leg at the end of the overhang, as is the case in this kitchen, you will want to account for that in your overall length as well.

A: Hello, thanks for asking. No, they are quartz by Caesarstone.  They are fabricated and installed in the same way as a stone slab.

**Q: Has anyone used qualitybath.com?** *(in Appliances)*

I'm looking at a kitchen sink & found it on qualitybath.com for around $200 less than other websites. Has anyone ever used them & if so, how was your experience with them?

A: Thank you to the staff at Quality Bath for helping with the purchase of my new kitchen sink.  There was a flaw in the glazing which I didn't notice until it was installed.  Mimi and Lea were both helpful and prompt to communicate with Franke to have a new sink sent out before the counters go in.  I appreciate their customer service tremendously!  I will continue to buy from Quality Bath for future projects.
