He showed up on day one with a huge crew and was ready to go. We gutted and renovated the kitchen, and changed a small bedroom into a master en suite bathroom. He made progress much much faster than I expected and he was even done ahead of schedule! We had a tight time-line and he made sure it was done on time. He was flexible with me when I needed to add or remove things from the project, and was fair. We had a few minor issues after the project was done but George came back right away to help put everything right. > > George has all his own trades and can do everything you need, but he was also flexible when I wanted to bring in my own trade for a couple of things. He arrived on time and the allied professionals (eg. plumbers) that he worked with also did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. He has done work on my condo and made my bathrooms so stellar I got a million compliments on them. So naturally when I bought a house he was the first one I called. The project was very complex, we enclosed the porch and turned into a mud room, added an en suite powder room to the master bedroom, completely gutted and renovated 2 other bathroom, finished the basement, stairs, etc. It was massive amount work, all complete on budget (a VERY reasonable one), on time and with so many little extras that I came up with along the way. In one month my house was transformed and George managed it all, the plumbers, the electricians, they always showed up ON TIME, you could wind your clock by their knock on the door in the morning. What sets George apart is that he is truly your advisor with years of experience, he won’t push you into an expensive option that does not make sense, he will always treat your project like his own and make sure everything is done properly. He has since completed another project for my friends and their condo is now just as fabulous.
