Actually, our experience there had more to do with the salesperson with whom we worked. Yes, the studio/business offers a great, extensive selection at very competitive prices. But we really lucked out when we met Rene Fressola. This very indecisive person (me!) was fortunate to have worked with Rene, a non-pushy, patient, talented salesperson who helped us select a chandelier for our dining room and fixture for our foyer. From the very beginning, Rene figured out our style and steered us in the right direction. Over the course of about 6 weeks and a half dozen meetings, Rene could not have been nicer and more able to overlay his artistic design aesthetic with ours. Fixtures were just installed and we love them! There were a couple small glitches with one of the fixtures and the next day, Rene came to our house and took care of it. I was switching my house lighting system over to low wattage LED's. There was a myriad of problems with the fixtures and dimmers compatibility (flickering, buzzing, dimmers not dimming, etc). But rather than spending the time helping me trouble shoot, they just passed the job over to a third party electrician who was actually quite good and fixed the problems in a few visits (after I had been trying to get satisfaction from Patdo for over six months). I would be very wary of using this company for anything. It was my worst experience with a contractor ever. **Comment from Patdo Light Studio:** > After months of careful testing, researching and troubleshooting dimming issues that our client was having we found that the problems lied not with our specifications but with the installer who had no experience with this dimming system and who (we proved) did not follow our drawings and specifications. We knew that the solution was to get a qualified electrical contractor on board. In summary, we properly diagnosed the situation, determined the best plan of action, did the research, referred a qualified contractor and in Mr. S.'s words, "fixed all of the problems".
