> Using highschool pals for the entire waterproofing and siding instalation is thee biggest downfall.  The evolve exteriors company isn't even a real exteriors completion company they subcontract all work to real exterior companies from yellow pages kijiji etc. They pay a fraction of what you pay them to the under company who needs to get it done cheap as a result the customer gets poor job and evolve gets lots for nothin

> A very poorly managed company especially for warranty. Their warranty value nothing. Their warranty team is a bunch of over smart people, who save their company a dime in the cost of $1.

> During warranty, I contacted them for attic rain, their warranty supervisor came in with a bottle of bleach water and cleaned my ceiling saying this is something normal. He even went to the attic to inspect but he did not mention the actual reason behind it, which was very poorly installed attic insulation (see pictures). They made us fool in the name warranty.

> I came to know this when I had hail damage last year and my contactor come to fix the siding, they found mold underneath the siding. We inspect it and found that Stepper homes did not install the insulation in the attic as per standards. And we also doubted they did not install the insulation properly in the outside wall of our master washroom which might have caused molding underneath the siding.

> We used this builder to build our second home as our family expanded. Nice house, wish we had more custom finishes, would have paid for certain ones extra. Some of the companies they use are not great. Floor were replaced within a year as were many others around us. House seems cold in the winter which causes more heat usage. Overall cute house but put up very quickly so details are not watched close enough.

A: Hi! These pendant lights were purchased from Robinson Lighting and Bath In Calgary. They are designed by Steven and Chris. The model is SC231. Happy shopping!
