We got 3 quotes, with OHR being the only one who listened to our preferences and budget. We're very happy with the end result and the support that OHR has provided since the project ended. We would use OHR again and recommend them. However, there were some issues that OHR handled in very satisfactory manner. > > One issue was not getting our first choice of materials multiple times. Some choices had to be remade due to: the vendor had us choose from the "wrong" selections; OHR did not submit our order in time; our choice was not available when the order was put in. Second, getting the daily/weekly work schedule was challenging due to the availability of employees and subcontractors. We had to stay flexible. > > Finally, the roofing subcontractor had to put tarps over the unfinished roof due to impending overnight heavy rains. We woke up w/water in the kitchen, family room and basement because the tarps hadn't been secured. OHS arrived quickly and called for help. OHR set up fans and began cleaning.
