We wanted to maintain the charm of the house, without changing the original footprint, but making it a full 2 story home. Houry did an amazing job of brining our vision to life. Understanding our tight budget, she worked with us to use the existing utilities layout (kitchen and bathroom); found innovative ways to re-purpose our wood beams from the original design; and keep what windows we could. My husband is from the West coast, and Houry managed to capture the west coast design feel he was looking for. Houry also recommended our builder, and the combination of the Houry with RND construction made the renovation process feel seamless and easy (the renovation was completed early and except for unexpected foundation issues, on budget!). Houry went above and beyond to make sure our renovation went smoothly - her attention to detail is truly amazing.
