> We had an excellent experience working with Nick Wyder and the team at Wyder Horizons Construction on a major kitchen renovation, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The scope of work was significant—they extended the footprint of our kitchen by framing in an existing patio space and then completed a full custom kitchen build from the ground up, including custom cabinetry and finishes. From the very beginning, Nick was professional, communicative, and clearly knowledgeable, helping us think through design options and practical considerations we hadn’t even thought of. One thing that really stood out was the assistance Nick and his team provided, they offered thoughtful recommendations for cabinets, fixtures, and finishes that balanced durability, functionality, and aesthetics, and they were always willing to explain the pros and cons of different options. It made the entire decision-making process much smoother and gave us confidence that we were investing in materials that would last.The construction crew itself was outstanding. They were consistently professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They showed up on time every day, maintained a clean and organized worksite, and minimized disruption as much as possible during the project. It was clear they took pride in their work, and that attention to detail shown in the final result.The project was completed within an acceptable and clearly communicated timeline, especially considering the complexity of expanding the kitchen’s footprint and delivering a fully custom build.
