This time for a large Garage install. The experience has been quite awful. The day before my Sept install, I was told that the fusion boards (which make up 40% of my project) were not available for install but would be installed the following week. It is more than a month later and I have no update on the timing of my project completion. Worst of all, the sales associate has sent me no updates on her own accord . She responds to 1 in every 5 or 6 emails / texts with a vague response and no real information. She even claimed her text messages "don't work". No management has reached out to me at all to shed light on the situation. They have a USB charge port and a sensor so they go on as soon as you reach inside the closet and go off automatically.
