> I hired this company to work on my roof, but after checking their online presence, I discovered they primarily focus on concrete work. I signed a contract on June 23, 2026, and canceled it the next day, June 24, 2026.

> I communicated my cancellation to Sergio via text and phone call. He informed me that I needed to speak with Maria, who later returned my call. I have a voicemail from her confirming my cancellation. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, and she assured me that they would refund my deposit.

> Thinking everything was resolved, I followed up with Sergio, who advised me to call the office. I spoke with Rosy, who informed me that my check would be in the mail the next day.

> However, some time passed, and I still had not received the check. I called back and spoke with Ana, who was very rude. She claimed that I had failed to fill out a form, which was why they would not return my deposit. She also mentioned that the three-day cancellation period had expired, which I believe is illegal. When I asked for clarification, she referenced page 10 of my contract.

> My concern is that this clause is on page 10, and too many people have been involved without providing me with the necessary information when I asked for it.
