From the first meeting, she immediately clued in on our aesthetic vision, suggesting the use of organic materials to bring the outside in, and recommending a color palette to make subsequent choices easy. In addition, she recognized that since we were building the home as a vacation home + rental, that we would need to make some choices to accommodate this use case. For example, she suggested we use vinyl wall covering in the staircase to prevent scratches from luggage. Brilliant! > > As the project went on, we found that we would need Steph’s services beyond just interiors. We had inherited the project from the previous owners, and it was clear that some of their initial choices would not work for us. Following our initial consultation Stephenie provided clear instructions on what was needed in the Welcome Packet; inspirational photos, measurements, preferences, photos of the rooms etc. From there the process was hands off and I was very impressed by how organized and simple it was. In particular the materials that were provided; CAD drawings, design presentations, and cost estimates/specs, made the designs very easy to visualize and implement. They are awesome tools that you will want to hold onto and reference until your project is complete. Stephenie is very knowledgeable and talented and she understood my style completely! Do you have purchasing information? A: Hi JJ, this was custom designed. I no longer have the product specs for the fireplace but we did source it from Elite Architectural Supply in Scottsdale, AZ. **Q: Love the Vanity....any info on where to buy??
