He highly recommended them, which gave me a good level of comfort right from the start. > > My level of comfort only increased throughout the process and both my wife and I were ecstatic with the results. We had some preliminary thoughts regarding size and colors even before we met with Chris. When we first met with Chris he really listened to what we wanted and he made excellent suggestions that only enhanced the design. Chris is extremely easy to deal with and he is very accommodating. > > Chris and his foreman, Nate, created drawings and 3D renderings of our project. Chris and Nate went patiently back-and-forth with us at least 3 times until a finalization of the project plans took place. He readily offered to have his insurance agent provide a certificate of insurance without us even asking. Chris is excellent at providing a comprehensive and mutually beneficial agreement that details all important aspects and specifications of the project. This made me feel good because it was clear we were going to get a project that was well designed and solid. The final result completely proved this out. > > After the project design was completed, Chris met with my wife and I at the paver supply company to ensure that we physically saw the materials we had selected. We were very satisfied with our selection of Richcliff Pebble Taupe, as the primary paver, and Courtstone Black as the border paver, both of which are made by Unilock. > > The work began as agreed and continued uninterrupted, weather permitting. This made us happy because Chris was interested in getting our job done and not spreading his workers simultaneously around multiple job sites. We faced no frustrations in this regard. We have experienced other companies in other instances that don't have this focus. Thus, the work was planned and executed extremely well. Chris and his crew are very skilled and their work exhibited this. His entire crew behaved professionally and were a pleasure to deal with.
