> Jeff has been awesome to deal with! After a parade of "contractors" that made Mike Tyson look professional and level headed, we gave it one last chance and met with Jeff after seeing his ad on Facebook. When I found out he used to work as a Site Supervisor at a larger builder here in Calgary, I could instantly tell that he understood how hiring a contractor is just as much about customer service as it is the work. Jeff was helpful, and genuine. Most surprisingly, he gave me a quote and while I expected it to be 15% higher than the quote, he stuck to every dime! I didn't have to wait weeks for a quote, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the work. Surprisingly enough, through his contacts his HVAC guy ended up being the same guy that worked on my home when it was being built. They pulled of a miracle from a previous mess up and fixed the existing work that was already done!
