The Mill is a custom millwork facility located in Bloomington, Minnesota. At The Mill, we provide all of the interior and exterior millwork for the construction projects of Welch Forsman Associates (WFA). Using a variety of traditional and state-of-the-art woodworking equipment, each piece of millwork is crafted to the highest standards. Often, custom knives are fabricated to match the existing profiles found in homes from turn-of-the-century to modern. Through exacting set-ups and hand sanding, all machining marks are eliminated so only the beauty of the wood and the intent of the design are displayed in the final project.

In addition to meeting all the millwork needs of WFA, The Mill is equipped to produce a variety of high-quality products such as exterior columns and brackets, stair railing and newels, curved stair parts and mouldings, and many other elements of fine woodworking.

The Mill employs a diverse and skilled staff who see the potential in each rough-sawn board that enters our facility. We enjoy the challenges of working with all hardwoods and softwoods and use only the highest quality kiln-dried materials. In a time of bigger, faster, and cheaper, we strive to produce an exceptional product in an efficient and timely manner.

> I hired Ingrained Wood Studios to do the woodwork for a front entry way of my 1914 Minneapolis house.This entailed built-in shelves, custom molding, and a new closet with incredible doors.  They also did the remodel of a bedroom into writing/art studio.  They made an L-shaped desk (with several different woods, molding, an art table (with intricate design), shelving, cabinets, and a new closet.  Their work is impeccable -- the finest craftsmanship possible.  And they are a pleasure to work with.  Everyone on the staff was respectful, timely, and fun to have working in my home.  They really care about the quality of their work and about their clients.   I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Do the tall cabinets have shelves on the interior or are they for hanging coats?  I am looking for something just like this visually but want it for hanging closet space.
