Early on, we received a preliminary consultation and access to a shared Pinterest board to exchange ideas, and later on an online account showing our room plan and links to ALL items we would need to purchase to accomplish her design. She stayed within our budget but also accommodated a change we made late in the game when we requested she upgrade the room to include a leather couch, rather than a fabric one so we in fact received two design options instead of one at no extra cost. She also sourced a vintage furniture piece that I otherwise would not have known about and facilitated that order. All in all, an enjoyable experience that is worth the reasonable price.
