> Carlos and his company Transom Remodeling are the guys you want to hire for any size home renovation project. Carlos has worked for me on three occasions, including two small projects and a large bathroom renovation/addition. Carlos presents a detailed cost proposal, starts quickly and always finishes on or ahead of schedule that he commits to.  Carlos always completes the work for the inital budget he provides, unless you choose to add something extra. He never hits you up for suprise additional money at the end of the job, like other contractors typically do.  His crews do quality work and always clean up after themselves. Carlos is very communicative and lets you know when workers will arrive, what work will be done that day, and any decisions you need to make in order to keep the project on schedule.  I highly  recommend Transom Remodeling and have referred him to many of my close friends.  Not only do they do great work, more importantly, Carlos makes the process as smooth and stress free as possible.
